Everyone involved wants the home inspection to happen swiftly and to get a thorough inspection report into your hands ASAP. After all, buying a home is not only a big investment, but the inspection report can be one of your best negotiation tools.
We deliver most inspection reports same day. In the very rare occurrence that a report needs to be delayed for any reason, we offer a $100 discount of the inspection fee. We use state-of-the-art cloud software to generate the inspection report, and it’s delivered electronically by email to view in your browser. This makes it possible to use photos and video. But of course, you can also download or print the PDF.
Our reports are easy to read, have clear, user-friendly graphics and our recommendations are easy to understand.
Going the Extra Mile
Flexible scheduling. We want to get your inspection done quickly, and conveniently for you, so we’ll always accommodate your schedule. For this reason, we never schedule more than two inspections in a day, so we can always find a way to fit someone in last minute if needed.
Home inspectors have legal requirements as to what they must inspect and report on which are outlined in the state Standards of Practice (SOP). But the SOP also lists many things inspectors aren’t required to inspect. Many of those things we feel are important to a home buyer. These can include exhaust hood and flue interiors, appliances, and ensuring there’s safety glass where needed.
